1. Remove the lawn mower blade:
Keep the disc cutter, untie the spark plug leads, open the fuel valve, drain the fuel in the carburetor, tilt the mower to the right with the carburetor facing up, hold the disc cutter firmly, and loosen the blade nut , remove the bolt and blade, under normal use and wear, the blade nut cannot be loosened, you need to send the mower to the dealer to replace the blade.
Precautions:
When replacing the blade, replace the new bolt and nut at the same time, do not tilt the mower so that the carburetor is facing down, otherwise it will cause difficulty in starting, please use the replacement blade provided by the manufacturer.
2. Install the lawn mower blade:
Reinstall the new blade onto the disc, tighten the nut, and when done, place the mower on a stable surface and slowly pull the cord a few times to ensure there is no oil in the cylinder before starting. Remove dirt and weeds from the mower blade, blade holder and inside of the mower, install the blade holder, blade and blade bolt, hold the blade firmly and make sure the blade is touching the propelling surface of the blade. Tighten the blade bolts.
Precautions:
The blade bolt is a special bolt and cannot be replaced with other bolts. Viewed from the bottom up, the blade rotates counterclockwise. When installing, make sure that the cutting edge faces this direction of rotation.
